Kachalsky Stanislav Boleslavovich

Painter, graphic artist, sculptor, member of the USSR Union of Artists (1960). In 1938 he graduated from the Omsk Art College. M. A. Vrubel. In 1938–1941 he worked in the Omsk Artist Association.” In 1951 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I. E. Repin (in the workshop of A. A. Osmerkin, M. I. Avilov). Having defended his diploma, he came to Chelyabinsk. He received public recognition as a painter at an exhibition of artists of the RSFSR in Moscow (1954), where the paintings “Ural Ditties” and “Orlovka Village” (both in the collection of the Chokg) were presented. Prod. the artist are in the collections of the Arkhangelsk, Krasnoyarsk, Magnitogorsk, Petrozavodsk Museums of Fine Arts, ChOKM, ChOKG.
