Kalaev Alexey (1902, Russia - ?).

In 1918-1919 studied at the Odessa Art School. Since 1926 he lived in Paris, studied at the Grand Chaumiere Academy with O. Friez. He painted still lifes, portraits and figurative compositions in a traditional manner. Exhibited in the salons of the Society of French Artists, the Independents, and the Tuileries.
