Studied in the studio of K.F. Yuona and I.O. Dudin in Moscow until 1919. In 1916, he received a certificate from the Academy of Arts for the right to teach drawing in secondary schools. Lived and worked in Moscow (until 1925), in Leningrad (from 1925 to 1941), in 1941 he was evacuated to Perm. Participant of exhibitions since 1909. Exhibited at exhibitions of the associations MTH, TPHV, “World of Art”, “Society of Artists”. Works by B.M. Kamensky are in the State Russian Museum, the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts of Uzbekistan, the Ryazan Regional Art Museum, and in private collections.
