Painter. In 1905-1906 studied at the Stroganov School, then at the Baron Stieglitz School under V.V. Mate, V.E. Savinsky (1906-1912). He continued his studies in Paris (1913-1915). Member of the "Community of Artists" in Leningrad (1922-1923). Personal exhibitions were held in Bukhara, Samarkand, Leningrad, Kyiv, Prague and other cities. The artist’s works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Pushkin Museum, and in many regional museums.
