Kavolin Valentin Alievich (1930, Leningrad - 1978, ibid.).

In 1934-1953 studied at the Leningrad Art School, then at the Academy of Arts (1953-1959) with A.A. Mylnikov, wrote his thesis “In his native village” under the guidance of V.M. Oreshnikova. Participant of exhibitions since 1959. The artist’s works are in many museum collections in Russia.
