In 1971 he graduated from the art and graphic department of Moscow State Pedagogical Institute. Lives and works in Moscow. From 1970 to 1999, more than 20 personal exhibitions of the artist were held. The works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, as well as in many museums in Russia.
