Klutsis Gustav Gustavovich (1895, near Valmiera - 1938?).

Schedule. Studied at the Riga City Art School (1913 – 1915) with V.E. Purvita, Drawing school of the OPKh in Petrograd (1915 - 1918) with N.K. Roerich, SHM - VKHUTEMAS in Moscow (1919 -1921) by K.A. Korovina, K.S. Malevich. Participant of exhibitions since 1918. One of the creators of the art of Soviet political photomontage and artistic construction. He taught at the Art Studio at the club named after. Ya.M. Sverdlov in the Kremlin (1921 – 1923), at VKHUTEMAS in Moscow (1924 – 1930). The works are stored in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, and the National Center for Arts and Culture. J. Pompidou.
