Painter, portraitist. In 1926-1930 she studied at the Central Art Courses of the Academy of Arts under I.I. Mashkova. Thesis “Tractor for collective farms” (1930). It was reproduced. Since 1932, she was repeatedly elected as a member of the board of the Moscow Union of Artists and a member of the board of the Moscow branch of the Art Fund. Participant of exhibitions since 1929: OMAHR, AHR, “Young Artists” (1934, 1936), “Moscow Painters” (1937), “All-Union Exhibition of Young Artists, dedicated to the twentieth anniversary of the Komsomol” (1959). Some paintings were published on postcards and published in many magazines. Kolmakova’s works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery and in art museums in Kyiv, Simferopol, and Tver. At the State Musical College named after. Gnessins is presented with her fundamental painting “The Triumph of the Symphony”.
