Kolosov Alexey Alexandrovich (1892–1972)

Painter, graphic artist. At the end of the First World War, he joined the art association “Being”, where he studied with Konstantin Yuon and Alexander Osmerkin. He worked as a freelance artist at the Dulevo porcelain factory in Moscow, and as a production designer at the State Academic Maly Theater of Russia. Paintings by Alexei Kolosov are in the collection of the Tretyakov Gallery, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
