Kondratovich Ernst Vyacheslavovich (born 1936)

Soviet and Russian architect, chief architect of the administration of the Leningrad Regional Committee of the CPSU, author of a number of architectural and urban planning projects in Leningrad, the Leningrad region and the Uzbek SSR. Laureate of the USSR Council of Ministers Prize. In post-Soviet times, he was the head of a personal creative architectural workshop. In 1959 he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Academy of Arts, in 1968 - postgraduate study at the Department of Urban Planning of LISI (Institute of Civil Engineering). Author's works: Faculty Surgery Clinic of the 1st Leningrad Medical Institute, automatic long-distance telephone exchange on Sinopskaya embankment, Kirov Plant Hospital, St. George Hospital.
