Korovin Alexey Konstantinovich (1897-1950)

Russian artist. Born into the family of the artist K.A. Korovina. In 1918, member of the World of Art association. From 1918-1921 participated in exhibitions of the association. In 1920, he exhibited his works at the 19th exhibition of the All-Russian Central Exhibition Bureau of the Fine Arts Department of the People's Commissariat for Education in Moscow. In 1923, he emigrated to Paris with his parents. He designed performances in cabarets and helped his father in the design of theatrical performances. Participated in exhibitions of Russian artists in Birmingham (1928), Amsterdam (1930), Berlin (1930), Belgrade (1930) and Paris (1932, 1935).
