Kosmin Dmitry Alexandrovich

Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1970). People's Artist of the Russian Federation (2000). He began his artistic studies at the Tashkent Art School. In 1952 he graduated from the Moscow Art School. in memory of 1905. He worked in the genres of portrait, still life and landscape. Since 1954, Dmitry Kosmin has been a regular participant in All-Russian, All-Union and many international art exhibitions, including in Japan, Germany, Italy, and Holland. In 2006, a personal exhibition of the artist took place at the Central House of Artists. Dmitry Kosmin's works are presented in art museums of the Russian Federation, including the Tretyakov Gallery, the Russian Museum, as well as in private collections in Russia, Japan, Italy, France, the USA, and Great Britain.
