Sculptor, painter, graphic artist. Born in 1928 in Leningrad. The creative versatility of Andrei Kostromitin is amazing: the artist of the 20th century was truly a man of the Renaissance. Whatever genre the artist worked in, he was always distinguished by the depth and seriousness of his attitude towards his work, and his love for life. Awareness of its value and uniqueness determined the realistic attitude and optimism of A.N. Kostromitina. In his work, he tried to continue the best traditions of Russian and Soviet artistic culture. The artist saw his main task as making people feel the unique moments of life and awakening their best aspirations. The works of A.N.
