Member of the Moscow Regional Organization of the Union of Artists of Russia (since 1958). He had no professional art education; he began actively painting in the 1950s after visiting an academic summer residence near Vyshny Volochok, where he communicated with a number of famous artists. Participated in the All-Union Exhibition of Marine Artists (1961), the All-Union exhibition dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Komsomol (1957), the republican exhibition "Soviet Russia" (1961), the zonal exhibitions "Moscow Region" (1980, 1990), regional, republican and All-Union exhibitions (1981-1994), held a solo exhibition in Podolsk (1962). The works are represented in the Podolsk Museum, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
