Krivitsky Leonid Gershovich (Georgievich)

Russian Soviet painter and teacher, Honored Artist of the RSFSR, member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists. Participated in exhibitions since 1960. In 1970, Krivitsky was awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. He devoted a quarter of a century to teaching work at the art and graphic department of the St. Petersburg State Pedagogical University named after A. I. Herzen. The works of Leonid Gershovich Krivitsky are in the State Russian Museum, the State Tretyakov Gallery, in museums and private collections in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, the USA, and France.
