Painter. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1944-47. studied at the studio of the All-Russian Central Council of Trade Unions, with S.M. Ivashova-Musatova. In 1949 he entered the Moscow Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts. In 1955 he graduated from the Art Institute of the Estonian SSR in Tartu. Member of the Moscow Union of Artists since 1961. Since 1957, participant in many Moscow, republican and foreign exhibitions. Personal exhibitions were held at the Moscow Museum of Modern Art (MMOMA) in 2011 and at the State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg (2014). The works are in the State Russian Museum, MMOMA, the Great Patriotic War Museum on Poklonnaya Hill, Kostroma, Saratov museums, in private collections in Moscow, Finland, Italy, USA, Poland, Israel.
