Kulikov Nikolai Ivanovich (1886, village of Panovo, Nizhny Novgorod province - 1964).

Honored Artist of the RSFSR. He studied at the Kazan Art School (1903-1908), then at the Academy of Arts. Friend and student of N. Feshin. He worked in the field of easel painting. Author of a number of paintings on historical themes. Since 1926, he has participated in regional, republican and all-Union art exhibitions. The works are in the State Russian Museum, as well as in many art museums in Russia.
