Soviet, Russian painter, graphic artist, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. In 1947-1950 he studied at the Rostov Art School. In 1962 he graduated from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK). He worked as a production designer at the A.M. Gorky Film Studio. Since the 1950s - a regular participant in Moscow, republican and all-Union art exhibitions. Since 1962 he worked at the art and graphic faculty of the Oryol State Institute. The author's works are presented in the collection of the State Russian Museum, the Ulyanovsk Regional Art Museum, the Taganrog Art Museum and other museums, as well as private collections.
