Soviet artist and teacher, member of the Leningrad Union of Artists. In 1950, he graduated from the I.E. Repin Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture, and Architecture, studying under Professor Boris Ioganson. Since 1950, he has participated in city, regional, and all-Union exhibitions. In 1952, he began teaching painting, drawing, and composition at the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture, and Architecture. His works are represented in museum and private collections.
