Honored Worker of Culture (1974). He received his primary art education in the fine arts studio under the guidance of G.V. Ogorodova. He studied easel painting with P.M. Lebedeva. In 1970 he graduated from the All-Union Correspondence University of Culture in Moscow. Member of the Union of Artists. Participant of many group and personal exhibitions. International exhibitions in Japan and Germany in 1975 and 1976. The works are in the collections of the Art Museum named after. M.V. Nesterov in Ufa, in the Japanese National Gallery, in private collections and abroad.
