He received his art education at the Moscow School of Painting. In 1919-1920 worked as a decorator in the 1st Army of the Turkfront. Participant of the exhibitions “Free Creativity”, the Union of Russian Artists, the Academy of Arts. In 1927 in Paris at the World Exhibition of Decorative Arts he received the “Grand” Prize. He worked a lot in easel painting, and in recent years he simultaneously began working in the field of sculpture.
