Painter, photographer. Graduated from the Sverdlovsk Mechanical and Technological College. Graduated from the Correspondence People's University of Arts (department of photography). From 1986 to 1995 he lived and worked in Cheboksary and Yoshkar-Ola. One of the organizers of the first photo festivals in the USSR. Since 1986, an active member of the photo group “Fact” (Cheboksary - Yoshkar-Ola). Participant of numerous all-Union, all-Russian and international photo exhibitions. He worked from 1995 to 2011 in one of the Moscow theaters. Works are in the collections of the Moscow House of Photography, the National Center for Contemporary Art (NCCA) and the Museum of Photographic Collections, the State Russian Museum, as well as in private collections in the USA.
