Lakov Nikolai Andreevich (1894, Moscow - 1970, Moscow).

Moscow painter, graphic artist, theater artist. Studied at STSHPU with V.E. Egorov (1918), studios of A.M. Rodchenko (1919 - 1922), D.N. Kardovsky in Moscow (1926 - 1927). Participant of exhibitions since 1929. Member of the Genesis association. He took part in the design of propaganda trains, steamships, propaganda decoration of cities, the All-Russian Agricultural Exhibition (“Bashkir Pavilion”, 1926). He worked in Moscow theaters. Chief artist of the State Folk Dance Ensemble under the direction of I.A. Moiseeva.
