Painter, graphic artist. She studied at Moscow State University in the department of theory and history of art (1964–1970). Since the mid-1960s, she began to work in an abstract manner, creating spontaneous intuitive compositions in painting and graphics. She showed her works in apartments, including those of O. Rabin. Participant in the “Bulldozer” exhibition (1974), exhibition in the “Beekeeping” pavilion at VDNKh (1975), exhibitions in the City Committee (on Malaya Gruzinskaya), as well as foreign ones - in Spain, France, Germany, Greece. Levikova took part in the Moscow Sotheby's auction (1989) and in significant exhibition projects: “Abstraction in Russia. XX century" in the State Russian Museum (2001), "Moscow abstraction of the second half of the XX century" in the State Tretyakov Gallery (2002), "40 years of nonconformism", Manege, Moscow (2002), III International Biennale of Graphics, Novosibirsk (2003), "Three generations of Russian female artists", Salen Gallery, New York (2003). Works are in the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum (St. Petersburg), the Zimmerli Museum of Rutgers University (New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA), and in many public and private collections.
