Liberich Nikolai Ivanovich (1828-1883)

Russian sculptor, academician of the Imperial Academy of Arts. He studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts under the guidance of P. K. Klodt. Animal painter, worked mainly in small forms. Author of numerous hunting, military and everyday scenes. The sculptures were replicated many times in cast iron by the Kasli plant in the Urals.
