Painter. Son of the famous artist Oleg Leonidovich Lomakin. Born in Leningrad. In 1994 he graduated from the I. E. Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture of the Academy of Arts. Thesis in the CVC - “Blockade”, grade - excellent. The training took place at the Faculty of Painting, and he was awarded the qualification of an artist-painter. Member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation since 1996.
