Lopatkin Alexander Andreevich

Graduated from the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov. He studied with G. Savitsky. During the Great Patriotic War he was a shooter in the 2nd Guards Bryansk Bomber Corps. Private, awarded the Order of the Patriotic War, II degree, medals. Since 1954, he has been participating in exhibitions. In 1961 he was accepted as a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. The result of creative trips to Moldova, along the Volga, to Baikal, and to Central Asia was a series of portraits, landscapes, and still lifes. He has prizes and diplomas from the Ministry of Agriculture of the RSFSR, and the MGO HF of the RSFSR.
