Soviet artist, painter, graphic artist. Since 1951 – participant in city, regional and all-Union exhibitions. Worked on posters at the Military Publishing House of the USSR Ministry of Defense. Lykov's posters in print are kept in the art collection of the Russian State Library (RSL), in private Russian and foreign collections.
