Painter, member of MOSSKhA since 1940. He studied at the Tsaritsyn Art School until 1925, then from 1935 to 1937. at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Moscow. Participant of all-Union art exhibitions since 1935. Since 1949, M. N. Manyukov lived and worked in Kyiv. He created thematic genre paintings in the style of the so-called. socialist realism. He also participated in exhibitions of marine painters. The works of Mikhail Manyukov are in museums and private collections in Russia, Ukraine and other countries.
