Since 1957, participant of republican exhibitions. Regular exhibitor of regional, zonal and republican exhibitions. Works by R.F. Mikhailov are in the Ivanovo Museum of Fine Arts, in the museum of Zavolzhsk, Ivanovo region and other regional museums, in private collections in Russia, Italy, France, the USA, England.
