Nekrasov Mikhail Grigorievich (born 1936)

Soviet painter, graphic artist, teacher, member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists, representative of the Leningrad school of painting. In 1964 he entered the painting department of the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repina. After the second year, he continued his studies in the workshop of V.M. Oreshnikova. Studied with B.S. Ugarov and V.I. Reikheta. In 1970 he graduated from the institute in the workshop of V.M. Oreshnikov with the qualification of an artist, painter, teacher. Since 1970 he taught at the Secondary Art School of St. Petersburg (now the Lyceum named after B.V. Ioganson). Since 1975 - member of the Leningrad Union of Artists. The works of Mikhail Grigorievich Nekrasov are in regional museums and private collections in Russia.
