Nemtsev Viktor Leontievich

Painter, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1967). Graduated from the Cheboksary Art School (1959), Chuvash State Pedagogical Institute (1970). Worked as a head teacher in Cheboksary. det. artistic school No. 1, teacher Cheboksary. artistic College (1961–66), artist-painter of the ChTPM KhF RSFSR (1959–91). Member of the creative team “Rural Dawns” (since 1971). Participant of republican (since 1959), regional “Big Volga” (since 1967), a number of All-Russian and All-Union exhibitions. He held dozens of personal exhibitions in Cheboksary and other cities and regions of Chuvashia (1959–2006). The author's works are in many regional museums and private collections.
