Nemtsov Alexander Bronislavovich (1953, Tula).

He studied at the Ryazan Art School, then graduated from the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I.E. Repin at the USSR Academy of Arts in 1979. Studied with B. Ugarov, S. Germasimov. Participant of art exhibitions since 1979. Works in the genre of landscape, still life, thematic painting. The works are in private collections in Russia and abroad: Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Spain.
