Nepyanov Viktor Vasilievich (1929, Chumysh village, Novosibirsk region - 1998, Penza).

He studied at the Penza Art School (1951–56) with A. G. Vavilin, A. V. Siverin, Yu. K. Beldyusov. Victor Nepyanov is the author of landscapes, genre paintings, still lifes, and portraits. Since 1956, participant of regional, all-Union, republican, zonal and foreign exhibitions (Hungary - 1971, Mongolia - 1974, USA - 1978, etc.). The works are stored in the Penza Art Gallery.
