Nevelshtein Samuil Grigorievich (1903 – 1983).

Lived and worked in Leningrad. He took part in many exhibitions, including the All-Union art exhibitions of 1947 and 1955, as well as the exhibition “Soviet Russia” (Moscow, 1960). In addition to painting, he did a lot of graphics. The master's works are kept in private collections in Russia and abroad.
