Artist, graphic artist. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Collaborated with the publishing house "Children's Literature" and others. He worked in a traditional, realistic manner. Neznaykin’s paintings were widely reproduced on postcards. Of particular note are his illustrations for Zoya Voskresenskaya’s books “Dear Name”, “Stories about Lenin”, “Through the Icy Darkness”. Worked on creating sketches for filmstrips. His works are kept in museums and private collections in Russia and abroad.
