Opara Vladimir Alekseevich (born 1952).

Member of the Union of Artists since 1987. In 1978 he entered the art and graphic department of the Omsk Pedagogical Institute. From 1984 to 2006, more than 20 personal exhibitions of the artist took place. The master's works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum.
