Studied at the studio of F.I. Rerberg in the 1930s, then with various teachers at the Institute for Advanced Training of Artists. In the early 1940s. studied with A.V. Lentulov, who in 1941 created her portrait, which was highly praised by I.E. Grabar. T.A. Oranskaya is a talented portrait painter, the author of numerous portraits of women and children. Personal exhibition of T.A. Oranskaya was held in 1976 in Moscow. The artist’s works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, in many Moscow and regional museums, in private collections in Russia and abroad.
