In 1962, Bela Ossovskaya graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts of the Moscow Textile Institute. From 1962 to 1986 she worked at the first art and design bureau in the Soviet Union, SkhKB. She began working with watercolors during her student years. Since 1976, member of the Moscow Union of Artists. Creative trips to the most remote corners of our country left an indelible mark on her work. The Far East, Kamchatka, the Sea of Okhotsk, the foothills of the Pamirs, Baikal, Goryachy Klyuch, Tajikistan, Bulgaria and of course, our Central Russian strip - Tarusa and Pereslavl-Zalessky - this is an incomplete list of the places where her paintings were created. Bela Ossovskaya is a participant in many Russian and foreign exhibitions, her works are in the Russian Art Fund and adorn many private collections in Russia and abroad.
