Ovcharov Andrey Vladimirovich (1926-1994).

In 1951 he graduated from the Moscow Secondary Art School under the Committee for Arts. He began his creative activity in 1953. He belonged to the circle of artists who, in the 1950s, united in the informal group of the Moscow School of Painting (MSF), artists who, in the traditions of pre-revolutionary Russian impressionism, branded by the Stalin era as a “perversion of the jaded bourgeoisie,” saw examples close to their ideals. The master's works are in many museums and private collections.
