Victor Panchenko was born in 1949 in Samarkand (Uzbekistan). In 1969 he graduated from the Tashkent Art School named after. P. Benkova (painting department). In 1974 - Tashkent State Conservatory, conducting class. He has been painting professionally for over 35 years. In his paintings he strives to combine the instantaneous and the eternal, two principles. The subjects of the paintings are a fusion of fiction and life associations.
