Panin Yuri Nikolaevich

Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1960-1964. twice elected chairman of the board of the Altai organization of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR. In 1962 he was a delegate to the II All-Union Congress of Artists. From 1976 to 1980 was the main artist of the Altai art and production workshops. Name Yu.N. Panin is inextricably linked with the art of Altai in the second half of the twentieth century. The artist’s creative heritage is an integral part of Altai and Siberian art. Participant of exhibitions since 1955. He worked in the traditions of the Russian realistic painting school. The author's works are in many regional museums and private collections.
