Soviet and Russian artist and painter. Born on September 3, 1925 in the city of Ashgabat, Turkmen SSR. Pavlotsky received his basic art education at the Ashgabat Art School, where his teachers were Nurali Byashim and Daneshvar Muzafar Mamed. Pavlotsky Vladimir Yakovlevich participated in the Great Patriotic War, liberated Warsaw, took Berlin and took part in other major battles. After the end of the war, Vladimir Pavlotsky studied at the Odessa Art School and graduated in 1950. The artist Vladimir Yakovlevich Pavlotsky has been a member of the Union of Artists of the Turkmen SSR since 1957, and since 1995 has been a member of the International Federation of Artists UNESCO. The artist holds the titles of “Honored Artist of Turkmenistan” and “Honored Worker of Culture of Poland”. Active participation in art exhibitions Pavlotsky V.Ya. has been accepting since 1951. Personal exhibitions of Vladimir Pavlotsky take place in Russia, Turkmenistan, Poland, Norway and other countries. The artist’s works are in public and private collections in the Russian Federation and other countries.
