In 1958 he graduated from the Moscow Secondary Art School. From 1959 to 1962 he studied at the Moscow Higher Art and Technical School (Stroganovka). Since 1968 - member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Works by Yu.Yu. Perevezentsev are kept in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Museum of Fine Arts named after A.S. Pushkin, Moscow Literary Museum, State Russian Museum, Tyumen Museum of Fine Arts, Kursk Art Gallery, Oryol Museum of Fine Arts, Kiev Museum of Russian Art, in private collections in Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany.
