Perov Vladimir Vasilievich

Perov Vladimir Vasilievich (1868 – 1898).

Russian painter. Son of the artist V. G. Perov. He studied painting under the guidance of his father and at the Moscow School of Painting and Painting (until 1884). In 1882 for a drawing from life and in 1883 for a sketch he was awarded small silver medals. In 1884-1887 he continued his studies at the Imperial Academy of Arts. Vladimir Perov lived in Moscow. He worked as a genre painter, landscape painter, and animal painter. Participated in exhibitions of the Moscow Society of Art Lovers (1891-1896), TPHV (1892-1894). In 1883-1884 he traveled to Ukraine, in 1885 to Crimea, and in the early 1890s he traveled to France and Italy.
