Petrov Yuliy Georgievich (born 1929)

Soviet artist, painter. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Honored Member of the Nicholas and Constantine Roerich Society. In 1952 he graduated from the Moscow Special College of Goznak, art department. In 1959 he graduated from the Moscow State Art Institute. V.I. Surikov. In 1964 – 1974 taught at the Moscow Printing Institute at the art department. Since 1968 - member of the Moscow Union of Artists. From the 1050s permanent participant of Moscow, republican, all-Union and foreign exhibitions. The author's works are presented in regional museums of Russia, as well as in private collections.
