Petrova Galina Anatolevna

Production designer. Studied at the Moscow Secondary Art School named after. V.I. Surikov (1971-78), Moscow State Art Institute. V.I.Surikov (1978-84). She worked at the Soyuzmultfilm film studio (1985-94). She worked in hand-drawn cinema, mainly on films by G.S. Barinova. She illustrated children's books for the publishing houses "Children's Literature" and "My World". Prize-winner of the “Spring Salons” of women artists of Russia “Irida” (“For the artistic design of the animation film “The Jester Balakirev”, 1994; for the series of paintings “Stained Glass”, 2003).
