Plekunov Vladimir Ivanovich (1923, Kozlovka village, Saratov region – 2001, Ufa).

Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan. Member of the USSR Union of Artists since 1966. Laureate of the State Prize. Graduated from the Saratov Art College. He began his creative activity at the Saratov Opera and Ballet Theater. In 1949, after an internship at the Bolshoi Theater of the USSR with F.F. Fedorovsky was sent to the Bashkir Opera and Ballet Theater. He designed more than 400 ballet and opera performances in different cities of the country. The works are in regional museums.
