Polozov Vladimir Viktorovich (1947).

Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1996. In 1984 he graduated from the Penza Art School. Teaches at the Penza children's art school and the Penza Art School. Participant of zonal and all-Russian exhibitions (Manege (1998), Central House of Artists (1999)). In 2007, a personal exhibition of the artist was held in Penza. Works in the genre of landscape, still life, portrait.
