Popkov Yuri Nikolaevich (1954, Mytishchi, Moscow region).

In 1979 he graduated from the Moscow Art School “In Memory of 1905”. Studied with V.E. Popkova, M.M. Bulgakova, O.A. Avsiyan, A.M. Dubinchika, Yu.M. Karpushina. Member of the Russian Union of Artists in 1983. Since 1978, participant in numerous exhibitions in Russia and abroad. Works are in museums, galleries and private collections in Russia.
